Endois was founded by professionals with decades of experience developing and launching innovative medical and information technology solutions.

Our leadership team brings together deep expertise in medical visualization, robotic surgery, product commercialization, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational execution.

The inspiration behind Endois is both professional and deeply personal.

After more than three decades in the medical device industry, including leadership roles in the development of groundbreaking surgical visualization systems, our founder witnessed firsthand how innovation can transform patient care. That experience became profoundly personal following his wife’s courageous eight-year battle with bladder cancer.

Through that journey came a renewed commitment to improving outcomes in Urology and addressing the growing imbalance between patient needs and available clinical resources.
